Sedgwick administers the leave and short-term disability policies and processes for UChicago Medicine. When you contact Sedgwick, you will work with a dedicated team member who is an extension of UChicago Medicine Human Resources.

Sedgwick makes it easy for you to create a leave and report or manage your absences that fall under a leave. Working with our Leave, Absence Management and Accommodations team and HR Shared Services, Sedgwick makes sure our employees receive their leave entitlement, appropriate communication in a timely manner, and professional customer service.
